Refund and Returns Policy
At The Nawabs Clothing & co, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Since every piece is made with careful attention to detail, we follow a strict no refund and no return policy. Please read the policy below before making a purchase.
1. No Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds on any products, under any circumstances. Please review the product details and size chart carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Every product is thoroughly checked before dispatch. In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item:
- You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp with clear photos and a video of the unboxing.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
- We will evaluate your complaint and respond with the appropriate action, which may include a replacement (if approved by our team).
- If the damage is due to mishandling after delivery, we will not be responsible.
3. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any orders. In approved cases of damage, we may offer replacement only, at our sole discretion. We will deliver an exchange/replacement product within 5-6 days.
4. Color & Fabric Variation
Slight differences in color, texture, or embroidery are natural due to photographic lighting or device display settings.
5. Dry Clean Only
All garments are dry clean only. The Nawabs Clothing is not responsible for any damage caused during or after cleaning.
6. Alteration Services
We do not provide any alteration services. Please refer to our size guide to ensure the correct fit before ordering.
